# Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

By using the Model, derivatives, or Dataset, you agree **NOT** to:
- Perform operational or safety-critical decision making (e.g., compliance, emergency response,
  credit/insurance/risk scoring).
- Conduct surveillance, tracking, or targeting of persons or property; weaponization; or
  military/intelligence uses.
- Claim or imply radiometric/physical ground truth. Synthetic outputs must be disclosed as synthetic.
- Engage in unlawful, privacy-violating, or discriminatory activity.

Allowed: research/benchmarking, teaching, and non-operational demos with clear disclosure.
